24/7 Self-Check-In
- From Monday to Friday the hotel door is open from 7 am to 9 pm. If you arrive outside of these times, please open the door with a credit or EC card. To do this, use the designated area to the right of the entrance door. The door can also be opened with the room card.
- You will find the self-check-in terminal at the reception desk. Easy-to-understand on-screen instructions guide you through the check-in process. If you have any questions, our online reception is available 24 hours a day on +423 235 00 35.
- After you have successfully checked in, you will receive your room card and a receipt with your room number and WiFi code on it.
- In the elevator, hold your room card on the batch area and select the floor to activate the elevator.
- If you use the stairs, you need your room card to get to the room area on the corresponding floor.

Although we have the advantages of a self-check-in hotel, we are happy to be there for you personally during our reception hours.
Reception hours
- Monday to Friday 7 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm
- Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 12 pm

Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is ready for you Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9.30 am and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 10 am. We welcome you with a wonderful selection of fresh delicacies including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options – everything in organic quality and/or homemade if possible.
Parking for your Car, motorcycle or bicycle/e-bike
Free outdoor parking spaces for your car or motorbike are available directly at the hotel. We also have a limited number of covered motorcycle parking spaces (wooden shelter) available for you. You can find them by simply driving left around the house (when coming out of the hotel).
You can park your bicycle/e-bike free of charge in a garage with charging options. After checking in, simply go left around the house until you see the wooden shelter. There, you will find the garage door on the left. You can open the garage door by using your room card.
